Cereal products are an important part of a healthy child's diet. They should take up 1/4 of their plate at each meal. Cereal products should be included in breakfast, lunch and dinner. Cereals can also be served for an afternoon snack - in the form of a nutritious and nourishing dessert. As part of the campaign "Gluten headache - we debunk myths, confirm facts" we propose simple recipes for a tasty and healthy treat for the youngest.

- 300 g rye flour
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
- 1 teaspoon of soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 pcs. eggs
- 200 g natural yogurt
- 130 g oil

Let's prepare two bowls. In the first bowl, combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and baking powder. In the second, beat the eggs, add yogurt, oil, honey and mix everything together. Finely chop the nuts. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly until the dough is combined. Add the nuts. Transfer the thick mass to muffin tins (you can use both paper and silicone cups). Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 30 minutes, top-bottom mode. The muffins come out slightly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
For older children and parents, you can pour melted chocolate. If you are making muffins for a baby, grind the nuts and omit the honey or replace them with a banana or 4 blended dates.
